Bullard Company is a safe access equipment company able to reduce costs and installation risk by adding pre-installed pipe to a loading platform. In addition, Bullard Company provided a complete in-house turnkey package including: design, engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation. The combination pipe bridge and loading platform includes an operator shelter, control valves, loading arms and light poles with fixtures. All pipe was welded to ASME B31.1 standards. The unloading platform includes railcar gangways. Bullard Company was able to install the walkway and loading platform in 6 weeks using 4 men and a crane with minimal on-site welding.
