Loading Racks provide a wonderful opportunity to apply Bullard Company's Modular Pipe System capabilities. While the structural steel portion of loading racks is typically built in modules, we can offer a design which includes all pipe pre-installed and ready for tie-in. We can also offer insulation & heat trace pre-installed. The 600' x 20 position loading rack shown on this page was installed with 4 men, a crane and 2 JLGs in 4 weeks. Also included in the installation was a 180' walkway that crosses over the loading rack as shown in the photos.

We designed the foundations, which were poured ahead of time. After installation of the supports, the modular sections were installed by crane. The light poles, stairs, safety bridges and handrails were also designed and fabricated by us. All were installed along with loading arms after the modular sections were bolted together.
