MODULAR DESIGNS for loading racks (with pipe) and pipe racks
Bullard Company offers innovative modular designs for loading racks with pre-installed pipe and pipe racks (above ground multiple process pipelines). This design concept offers cost savings and many other advantages by transferring the majority of labor costs from the construction site to our fabrication manufacturing facility. Installation time and site impact is significantly reduced. With in-house engineering, structural steel fabrication, electrical/controls installation, equipment installation, procurement services and ASME process pipe fabrication; Bullard Company possesses all essential skills to build your modular pipe systems. We would also appreciate an opportunity to quote your modular skids. Our experience includes loading skids, phenol recovery systems, polyurethane pump/manifold systems and filtration/separation systems.
LOADING RACKS
Bullard Company provides Loading Rack Systems for tank cars, tank trucks and hopper cars. While the majority of our racks are built to specifications for the chemical, petrochemical and petroleum industries, we do build loading racks for food grade, dry bulk (cement) and fuel oil home delivery applications. Our Loading Racks are available in many configurations. If you require canopies, we offer single or multi-level style canopies. Operator shelters are also available.
PROCESS PIPE
Bullard Company fabricates all pre-piping (aka: pipe spools) in carbon or stainless steel. We’d be pleased to provide all loading rack pipe including pipe sections leading to and from your bulk tank or connection points. We provide pipe spools for ethanol facilities, cooling systems, process systems and storage systems. All process pipe welding conforms to ASME Section 9 specifications. PIPE SUPPORTS
All pipe supports are built to AISC and AWS standards. Bullard Company offers design, build and install capabilities.
FALL PREVENTION and ACCESS EQUIPMENT
Bullard Company offers a complete line of fall prevention and access equipment:
Safety Bridges – Fixed Reach or Adjustable Reach, with or without Safety Hoops
Access Stairs – Safety Stairs, Self-leveling Stairs and Stair Towers - Portable or anchored and aluminum or steel.
Access Platforms – Elevating Platforms - manually or hydraulically positioned. Also Slide Track and Carriage Assemblies are available. Other Access platforms include Inspection Platforms, Truck Tarping Platforms and Custom-designed Platforms
Access Ladders – Portable, Caged or Fixed
Fall Protection Systems – Lanyard Systems and Cable Life Lines
Fall Protection Enclosures – for Rail or Truck applications, including Safety Hoops
Gangways and Ramps – Walkways - fiberglass grating available
Crossovers – Pipe and Dike Bridges
Access Equipment Parts and Kits – for modifications or extensions
Bullard Company Fall Prevention and Access Equipment Products can be provided in either aluminum or steel – plain or anodized. Products made with steel can also be galvanized (ASTM A123) or painted/coated to your requirements. All products conform to OSHA and MSHA regulations. Other options include fasteners for assembly or design, build and install requirements.
EQUIPMENT PLATFORMS
Bullard Company fabricates custom platforms and mezzanines to AWS and AISC standards for your process and auxiliary equipment needs. These platforms are commonly used in heavy industrial process applications such as refineries, steel, metals and mining. We have also built platforms for chemical, plastics (dry bulk) and many other types of process applications. Again, Bullard Company offers design, build and install capabilities.
